There was a time when a customer ordered our red-zipper bags.
After we delivered her order, we texted to confirm that she’d received it.
She replied with just two simple words:
“Thank you.”

She didn’t say much more. No product review, no follow-up questions — just a perfectly timed thank you.
But I remember it.

Then there was another customer who asked for a quote.
I carefully put the pricing together and sent it over.
No reply.

A few days later, I followed up — maybe he was busy and had forgotten.
Still no answer, though I could see he was posting on Zalo regularly.
A week passed. I messaged again:

“Hi there, did you get a chance to review the quote?
No worries if it’s not the right fit, just let me know.”

Still, silence.
And with that silence, it felt like all the effort, care, and time I’d put in just disappeared into thin air.

That’s when I truly understood this saying in service work:

“Not every customer says thank you — but when they do, you remember, and you always want to serve them again.”

We all live in a rush these days.
But a thank-you never slows anyone down.
It just reminds people their work has meaning.

Every time a customer says,

“The bags are beautiful!”
or
“KSBC packs everything so carefully!” —
those words light us up. They make the whole team work harder, with more heart.

So if someone helps you — even just by suggesting the right size zipper bag, or advising which vacuum pouch best fits your product —
say thank you.

It’s not fake. It’s not too much. It’s just respectful.
And it makes a difference.
